Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at MHARO.IN strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our business (custom-stitched and made-to-order items), we follow a limited cancellation and refund policy as detailed below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not already been processed or dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sellernk79@gmail.com or call +91 78778 97071.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone, with clear images of the damaged/defective product and the packaging.
  • We will review your request and approve it if eligible. Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be offered.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for items that are used, altered, or customized as per customer request.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
    • The order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
    • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or internal issues.
    • You received a defective or wrong product and a refund is approved by our team.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • No cash refunds are provided for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. In such cases, we may offer store credit or bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Stitched blouses, custom-designed items, or altered garments are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged.
  • Any product purchased during a sale or using a discount coupon is not eligible for return or refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • For any concerns or disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can assist you promptly.
  • In case of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Surat, Gujarat courts.
