  • We currently ship across **India**, covering all major cities and serviceable pin codes.
  • If your area is unserviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund or help you with an alternate delivery method.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take additional time depending on order volume and production requirements.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Rural or remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events, but we’ll keep you informed at every step.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time for specific products or order values.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to monitor real-time delivery status through our courier partner’s website.
  • If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts & Issues

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate and either replace the product or offer a refund, as appropriate.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
